O ideal \u00e9 trabalhar com valores bem maiores do que este.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O segundo fator mais importante a considerar \u00e9 a \u00e1rea revestida por refrat\u00e1rio. O refrat\u00e1rio atua como um volante t\u00e9rmico que garante altas temperaturas de combust\u00e3o. Quanto mais \u00famido o combust\u00edvel, mais refrat\u00e1rio. Algo que dificulta muito o controle de n\u00edvel \u00e9 o fen\u00f4meno de <\/span><b>\u201ccontra\u00e7\u00e3o e expans\u00e3o\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que ocorrem no interior do tambor de vapor devido a altera\u00e7\u00e3o da densidade, esse fen\u00f4meno ocorre principalmente pelas mudan\u00e7as bruscas de press\u00e3o, ocasionadas principalmente pela demanda de vapor do processo. O aumento severo de n\u00edvel acontece quando h\u00e1 uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o repentina da carga da caldeira, resultando em um aumento do volume das bolhas devido \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o da press\u00e3o, ocasionando um aumento no n\u00edvel (\u201cExpans\u00e3o\u201d), podendo provocar arraste de \u00e1gua ao processo devido a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de mini ciclones e at\u00e9 mesmo podendo tocar o eletrodo superior e desligar a bomba de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o. J\u00e1 o fen\u00f4meno inverso (\u201cefeito de contra\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d) acontece quando h\u00e1 uma diminui\u00e7\u00e3o na demanda de vapor, a press\u00e3o de vapor aumenta reduzindo assim o volume das bolhas, esse processo pode ser severo suficiente para desligar a bomba em n\u00edvel baixo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9 essencial levar em considera\u00e7\u00e3o esses fen\u00f4menos ao tra\u00e7ar a estrat\u00e9gia de controle de n\u00edvel mais adequada. Devido \u00e0 grande capacidade de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de vapor, pequenas capacidades de armazenamento de \u00e1gua, obten\u00e7\u00e3o de um maior rendimento e unidades que experimentam oscila\u00e7\u00f5es de cargas r\u00e1pidas e severas, n\u00f3s optamos por utilizar o controle a tr\u00eas elementos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esse controle utiliza o fluxo de vapor e \u00e1gua al\u00e9m do n\u00edvel do tambor. Essa t\u00e9cnica combina o controle em cascata com o controle \u201cfeedforward\u201d (Antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o) e o \u201cfeedback\u201d (Controle por realimenta\u00e7\u00e3o). Nessa t\u00e9cnica o controle em cascata se d\u00e1 pelos 2 controladores, sendo o controle de n\u00edvel o \u201cmestre\u201d, e o controle de vaz\u00e3o de \u00e1gua o \u201cescravo\u201d. O sinal de sa\u00edda do controlador de n\u00edvel soma-se ao sinal de vaz\u00e3o de vapor, agindo como uma antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o. Desse modo, a somat\u00f3ria desses sinais \u00e9 o \u201csetpoint\u201d remoto do controlador de \u00e1gua realimentado pela vaz\u00e3o de \u00e1gua. O sinal de sa\u00edda desse controle ir\u00e1 modular a v\u00e1lvula de controle ou diretamente o inversor de frequ\u00eancia das bombas de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o. O sistema de combust\u00e3o de uma caldeira \u00e0 biomassa \u00e9 englobado pelo sistema do silo de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o (Roscas ou Gavetas), ar prim\u00e1rio, ar secund\u00e1rio e grelha. A import\u00e2ncia de ter esse sistema bem ajustado, representa fornecer a quantidade correta de energia t\u00e9rmica para o sistema. A estrat\u00e9gia de controle de realimenta\u00e7\u00e3o em paralelo \u00e9 o mais usual, devido a sua simplicidade, confiabilidade, capacidade de resposta e sua efic\u00e1cia no custo. Isso se deve a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma \u00fanica vari\u00e1vel medida, realimentando diretamente o bloco de fun\u00e7\u00e3o PID da press\u00e3o, utilizando o sinal de sa\u00edda para modular os equipamentos com valores de correla\u00e7\u00f5es distintos. Atrav\u00e9s desse controle s\u00e3o evitados as excurs\u00f5es de fogo e gases quentes para fora da caldeira, prevenindo ferimentos aos colaboradores e inc\u00eandio no silo de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o. O ajuste ideal dessa malha, \u00e9 manter o setpoint pr\u00f3ximo de -5 mmH2O, gerando uma boa rela\u00e7\u00e3o com rendimento da caldeira e a seguran\u00e7a.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O controle de press\u00e3o da fornalha pode ser alcan\u00e7ado por controle de realimenta\u00e7\u00e3o simples, onde o sinal de press\u00e3o medida no interior da fornalha \u00e9 traduzido para um sinal el\u00e9trico, enviado ao controlador PID que modula o sinal de controle de sa\u00edda para atuar no Exaustor (Ventilador de Tiragem).<\/span><\/p><p><span
